Shane Krahn is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Pure Jade, LLC, responsible for overall strategy, project execution, and alignment of operations with regulatory and capital requirements. His background includes owner-operator experience in real estate and bank-owned asset management. He has led the project from concept through licensing, site control, and facility planning, working directly with consultants, vendors, and local stakeholders.

Shane remains directly involved in facility design decisions, vendor selection, and operational readiness to ensure consistency between strategy, execution, and financing constraints. His leadership approach emphasizes disciplined execution, compliance-first operations, and building durable systems before scaling.

Together with his fiancé, Erica, Shane expertly balances his roles as a devoted father of five and an innovative entrepreneur. His vision for Pure Jade is grounded in natural wellness, drawing from the ancient agricultural practices of Jadam and modern advancements to ensure clean, natural growth and sustainability.

Each member brings years of experience to the business, keeping operations compliant with Minnesota's cannabis regulations while running day-to-day operations smoothly. Brody Harrison, Chief Operations Officer and co-founder of Pure Jade LLC. He is responsible for cultivation operations, facility workflows, and day-to-day execution. He has worked closely with the executive team in developing and implementing Pure Jade’s no-till cultivation systems and commercial workflows.

His responsibilities include production planning, startup ramp management, staffing coordination, and ongoing operational optimization. Brody’s focus is on repeatability, compliance, and predictable execution to support consistent wholesale output.

Brody resides in South St. Paul with his wife Alex, dog Po, and cats Yuki and Munchies.

Kathy Krahn

Chief Administrative Officer

Kathy Krahn serves as Chief Administrator, overseeing administrative operations, human resources, internal systems, and organizational support functions. She brings more than 30 years of professional experience across marketing and legal support roles requiring documentation accuracy and regulatory awareness.

At Pure Jade, Kathy manages HR administration, onboarding, payroll coordination, internal policies, IT oversight, marketing and organizational infrastructure to ensure audit-ready and scalable internal operations.

Kathy lives in St. Paul Park with her fiancé Loran, their dog Duke, and cat Luna.

Jeff Grow serves as Chief Financial Officer, overseeing capital planning, cash-flow management, lender engagement, financial systems, and internal controls. He brings over 35 years of experience across engineering leadership, operations, and financial planning in capital-intensive businesses.

At Pure Jade, Jeff has led the development of conservative financial modeling and capital structuring designed to prioritize downside protection, liquidity management, and debt service viability throughout the ramp and stabilization period.

Jeff resides in a tranquil little city in Oregon with his wife Jenny and their dog Shalee. When he's not working, he enjoys time with his three grandchildren at the Oregon coast.

Chief Sales Officer

Keith Renfroe serves as Chief Sales Officer, responsible for wholesale sales strategy, relationship development, and revenue execution. He brings over 35 years of sales experience built on long-term relationship management and consistent deal execution.

At Pure Jade, Keith focuses on developing a disciplined wholesale distribution network centered on reliable counterparties, repeat buyers, long-term account stability, and constructive government and regulatory relationships.

Bruce Clausen serves as Chief Compliance Officer, overseeing regulatory compliance, licensing requirements, and operational risk management. His background includes experience in loan origination and underwriting, ownership of a mortgage company, and long-term operation of a general contracting business.

At Pure Jade, Bruce provides a practical compliance framework to support inspection readiness, regulatory adherence, and operational accountability throughout construction and ongoing operations.
