Keith leads Pure Jade’s sales department, government affairs, and new-customer relationships. With more than two decades of experience in real estate, consultative sales, and customer service, he brings a relationship-first approach to building partnerships with Minnesota dispensaries and community stakeholders. Before joining Pure Jade, he served as an Inbound Sales Leader at Comcast, helping families choose service plans tailored to their needs.
Chief Compliance Officer
Bruce Clausen serves as Chief Compliance Officer, overseeing regulatory compliance, licensing requirements, and operational risk management. His background includes experience in loan origination and underwriting, ownership of a mortgage company, and long-term operation of a general contracting business.
At Pure Jade, Bruce provides a practical compliance framework to support inspection readiness, regulatory adherence, and operational accountability throughout construction and ongoing operations.
Chief Financial Officer
Jeff Grow serves as Chief Financial Officer, overseeing capital planning, cash-flow management, lender engagement, financial systems, and internal controls. He brings over 35 years of experience across engineering leadership, operations, and financial planning in capital-intensive businesses.
At Pure Jade, Jeff has led the development of conservative financial modeling and capital structuring designed to prioritize downside protection, liquidity management, and debt service viability throughout the ramp and stabilization period.
Jeff lives in a tranquil Oregon community with his wife, Jenny, and their dog, Shalee. Outside work, he enjoys spending time with his three grandchildren at the Oregon coast.
Pure Jade is not a holding company with a farm attached. It is a family and a small team who answer the phone, walk the rows, and stand behind what leaves the building.
